Service Temperature: 10ºC-12ºC

Food Pairing: Grilled grouper, roasted snapper, spicy cheese (such as Pico's cheese)

Vinification: Hand selected grapes. Direct pressing of the berries to preserve freshness and acidity. Cold maceration and fermentation at 18ºC.

Ageing: Ageing "Sur Lies" for 6 months.
