Palate: Very velvety and with a mixture of flavors in good proportion and concentration

Food Pairing: Roasted turkey, lamb, duck casserole, roasted octopus

Vinification: Grapes selected by hand and trodden in granite presses. Fermentation at controlled temperature.

Ageing: 9 months aging in French oak barrels.
