Nose: Very fresh aroma with hints of green apple and other citrus fruits.

Palate: Good structure with balanced acidity. Dry.

Service Temperature: 10-12ºC.

Food Pairing: Grilled grouper, roasted snapper, spicy cheese (such as Pico's cheese).

Vinification: Hand selected grapes. Direct pressing of the berries to preserve freshness and acidity. Cold maceration and fermentation at 18ºC.

Ageing: Ageing "Sur Lies" for 6 months.
